The purpose and duties of the federal bureaucracy can be divided into three primary tasks in the government, which are implementation, administration and most importantly regulation. The federal bureaucracy has the responsibility to set the guidelines whenever the Congress passes law so that the law is carried out well by new policies. The way of gathering all these policies into a systematic practice is known to be implementation. The video is indicative of the fact that the federal bureaucracy has the responsibility to interpret law properly. The governing fathers did not neglect this power and in actual, in the constitution as per my understanding, it has too much power and domination.
